Branch is the platform underneath the wallets — faster payments and financial tools for hourly and gig workers, white-labeled into products like ShiftKey, Paymint, Nursa Direct, and the Uber Pro Card.
What I worked on
Working across the Branch Android codebase meant building shared foundations and features that ship into many branded apps at once. Platform work is leverage: get it right once, and every product benefits.
What mattered
- Reuse with intent. A shared core that still lets each brand feel distinct.
- Scale quietly. The best platform work is invisible — it just makes everything downstream faster and more reliable.
